Aaron is an alumni of Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and brings 5 years of successful industry experience to FoneKey’s advisory team. He received Master of Business Administration from The Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business and is currently an Associate Director, Real Estate & Finance / Portfolio Management with RLJ Development, LLC in Bethesda, MD, where Aaron is responsible for performance analysis and reporting for real estate private equity Funds with $3 billion in hotel assets under management.
Aaron’s background in hospitality industry also includes working 4 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., as Senior Manager, Corporate Finance / Treasury. Aaron’s tenure at Starwood included underwriting mezzanine lending and credit enhancement to external partners in real estate development performing critical underwriting support in creation of lease vehicle and acquisition fund.
